On February 4, 2010, the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the United Nations transmitted to the Secretary-General of the United Nations the instrument of ratification by Ukraine of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Optional Protocol to the above Convention, adopted on 13 December 2006 in New York.
