President Victor Yushchenko and Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko sent joint letters to NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and President of the Republic of France Nicolas Sarkozy.

In these letters President and Prime Minister expressed expectations of support from the abovementioned leaders during the discussion of Ukraine’s joining NATO Membership Action Plan question at NATO Bucharest Summit.
