Statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses resolute protest against the actions of representatives of the Eurasian Union of Youth during the exhibition devoted to honoring of memory of victims of the Holodomor of 1932 – 1933 held at the Cultural Center of Ukraine in Moscow on November 17, 2007.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine considers such actions as illegal, provocative and anti-Ukrainian.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent a note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with the demand for sooner completion of the investigation and bringing the culprits to account.
