On July 24, 2008, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund.

The Memorandum was signed by the Acting Minister ad interim Mr. Y.Kostenko and the President of the Fund Mr. O.Maksymchuk in order to render support to foreign Ukrainians, preservation of the their national and cultural identity, meeting their educational and information needs.

Cooperation will also cover such activity areas as contribution to international and interregional cooperation in protection of rights of national minorities and popularization of the Ukrainian culture among the world community.
