On July 4, 2008, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. O.Gorin presented the diplomas of master’s degree in foreign policy to the graduates of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The graduates were congratulated by the Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine Professor B.Gumenyuk, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (1994 – 1998) Mr. G.Udovenko and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (1998 – 2000, 2005 – 2007) Mr. B.Tarasyuk.
