On May 6, 2008, in the framework of the work visit to the People’s Republic of China, the Acting First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Y.Kostenko met with the President of the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations Mr. Cui Liru.

The participants of the meeting discussed the present state and prospect of further development of the Ukrainian – Chinese relations and exchanged views on some urgent issues of international life.

Mr. Y.Kostenko informed the leadership of the Institute of the recent tendencies in development of relations of Ukraine with EU, NATO and the Russian Federation.
