On 20-22 of May, 2008 the First Annual Helsinki International Congress on Chemical Safety – HICCS 2008 is held in Helsinki.

On March 12-14, 2008 the delegation of Odessa regional state administration visited Finland. The aim of the visit was to establish cooperation between Odessa region and South-West region of Finland which is considered to be one of the richest in the country.
