On 20-22 of May, 2008 the First Annual Helsinki International Congress on Chemical Safety – HICCS 2008 is held in Helsinki. The Congress is organized by the HELSINKI REACH CENTRE and European Chemicals Agency and is a unique opportunity for all actors influenced by REACH to come together to exchange views and to receive answers regarding the major challenge of implementing REACH.
