On July 3, 2008, in the course of the 17th Annual Session (Astana, June 29 – July 3, 2008), the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA) adopted the Resolution on the Holodomor of 1932 – 1933 in Ukraine paying homage to the memory of five million Ukrainians killed by the Holodomor caused by the intended actions and policy of the Stalin’s totalitarian regime. |
