On January 11, 2012, the Embassy of Ukraine was privileged to host the members of the Ukrainian community in Ottawa, who came to the Embassy to celebrate Ukrainian Christmas and greet the coming New Year together with the Ukrainian diplomats.
On December 8, 2011 the Embassy of Ukraine in Canada took part in an annual thematic Christmas party of the Canadian Labour Congress. This year for the first time in the history the party was devoted to Ukraine and Ukrainian culture on occasion of the 120th Anniversary of Ukrainian settlement in Canada.
